1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using AI Headshot Studio: AI Photo (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App allows users to:

  • Upload photos
  • Generate AI-enhanced headshots
  • Edit and download generated images

The service uses artificial intelligence to transform images.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

If you are under 18, you must use the App with parental consent.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the images you upload.
  • You also own the generated images created for you.

4.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited, temporary license to:

  • Process your images
  • Generate AI outputs
  • Improve the service

This license is:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Non-transferable
  • Used only to provide the service

4.3 Your Responsibilities

You agree:

  • You have the right to upload the image
  • You will not upload content without consent
  • You will not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

  • AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or realistic.
  • The App does not guarantee identity preservation in all cases.
  • Generated images should not be used for:
    • Identity verification
    • Official/legal documents
    • Misleading or deceptive purposes

You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images of others without permission
  • Create misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Use the App for deepfake, impersonation, or illegal activities
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the AI system

Violation may result in account suspension or ban.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

7.1 Purchases

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans.

    Weekly Plan: ₹199 per week. Includes 20 credits every week.
    Monthly Plan: ₹599 per month. Includes 70 credits every month.
    Yearly Plan: ₹3,999 per year. Includes unlimited credits.

    1 credit is used for 1 AI image generation.

    Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

    Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

    Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.

    You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your App Store account settings.

    Any unused credits may expire at the end of the active subscription period unless otherwise stated in the app.

7.2 Billing

  • Payments are handled by the respective platform.
  • We do not store your payment details.

7.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are subject to platform policies (Apple/Google).
  • We do not directly process refunds.

7.4 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide credits for AI image generation.

    Weekly Plan: ₹199 per week. Includes 20 credits every week.

    Monthly Plan: ₹599 per month. Includes 70 credits every month.

    Yearly Plan: ₹3,999 per year. Includes unlimited credits.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • Process images only to provide the service
  • Do not sell your personal data
  • Use secure systems to protect your information

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or error-free operation
  • Availability at all times

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Update the App without notice

10. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including its design, branding, and technology, is owned by Artistry Solutions.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or content
  • Misuse of generated images

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from:

  • Claims arising from your use of the App
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of AI-generated content

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the App

You may stop using the App at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
