This may involve analyzing facial features, lighting, image quality, face position, and composition only for the purpose of generating the requested AI image.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • App usage data, such as features used and session duration
  • IP address for security, analytics, and fraud prevention

2.4 Payment Information

All payments are handled by third-party platforms such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

We do not store or access your payment card details.

  • Provide the app’s AI photo generation features
  • Store generated images in your account history

4. Face Data and AI Photo Processing

AI Headshot Studio allows users to upload photos that may contain their face in order to generate AI headshots and profile photos.

4.1 What Face Data We Collect

We collect the photo that the user voluntarily uploads for AI headshot generation.

The uploaded photo may include facial features, face position, and other visible details contained in the image.

We do not collect face geometry, faceprints, Face ID data, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition templates.

4.2 How Face Data Is Used

Uploaded photos are used only to provide the app’s AI headshot generation feature.

The photo is processed to create AI-generated profile photos, professional headshots, business portraits, and similar profile images selected by the user.

We do not use uploaded photos or face data for:

  • Face recognition
  • Identity verification
  • User identification
  • Advertising
  • Tracking
  • Profiling
  • Selling user data
  • Training our own AI models

4.3 Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI headshots, the uploaded photo is securely sent to our third-party AI image generation provider, fal.ai / Features & Labels Inc.

fal.ai processes the uploaded photo only for the purpose of generating the AI image requested by the user.

fal.ai is an AI-powered generative media platform used by developers to integrate AI media generation features into applications.

We require our service providers to protect user data and use it only to provide the requested service.

4.4 Storage and Retention

We do not permanently store the original uploaded photo in our database after the generation request is completed, except where temporary processing is necessary to provide the service.

Uploaded images are stored temporarily for processing and are automatically deleted after a short period, typically within 24–72 hours, unless required to complete the request.

Generated AI images are stored in our database and linked to the user’s account so the user can view, download, and access their generation history inside the app.

Generated images are retained until the user deletes their account or requests deletion of their data.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated generated images by using the account deletion option in the app or by contacting us through the support method listed in this Privacy Policy.

4.5 User Permission

Before a user’s photo is sent to the third-party AI provider, the app displays a notice explaining:

  • What data will be sent
  • Who the data will be sent to
  • Why the data is needed

The user must agree before the photo is processed.

5. AI Image Processing and Third-Party Services

To provide AI features:

  • Your images may be processed by trusted third-party AI service providers.
  • These providers only process data on our behalf and are required to protect your information.
  • We do not sell or share your images for advertising purposes.
  • We do not use uploaded images to train our own AI models.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Uploaded images are stored temporarily for processing.

Images are automatically deleted after a short period, such as within 24–72 hours, unless required to complete the generation request.

Generated images may be stored so you can access them later inside the app.
